  • Sales Development Representative (SDR)


    This is our entry-level position in the world of technology Sales. Our SDRs work in a fast-paced environment to secure qualified appointments that focus on opportunities relating to UCaaS, Bandwidth, Cybersecurity, and Advanced Voice Solutions. Outbound prospecting will be required using various mediums while educating and positioning value for prospective clients.

  • Communications Consultant


    We have opportunities for Communications Consultants, Senior Communications Consultants, and Managers of Major Markets. The role of the Communications Consultant is to secure new business for Stratus ip monthly. You will be required to be here early, stay late, and learn as much as possible until you can consistently hit your monthly sales goals. You will be selling services that are the lifelines of the SMB marketplace – business continuity, voice, data services, and cybersecurity. Income is not capped.

  • Solutions Engineer


    Our Sales Engineers are responsible for the technical sales support of cybersecurity, business continuity, voice, and data services to achieve targeted sales goals. They act as the technical expert during the presales process. Our Sales Engineers analyze customer requirements and need to understand how our various carrier partners’ services can be applied to meet the needs of the customer. They also, train and coach our sales professionals to understand and successfully sell various technical communications solutions.

  • Client Care Representative


    Our Client Care Reps are responsible for managing segments of our entire base of business by performing various tasks to retain and upsell our current clients and ensuring client satisfaction. After the sales & provisioning process has been completed and the services have been fully installed, our Client Care Representatives become our customer’s direct resource for any services, billing, or general inquiries regarding their account.

  • Project Manager


    Our PM’s need to be an advocate for our customers. They are proactive and assume responsibility for the management of our carrier partners in the activation of our customers’ communications and/or cybersecurity services. Our Project Managers must be excellent communicators (both verbal and written) and be able to manage multiple projects and tasks daily.
